Sorbet shades for a summer wedding at the Hurlingham Club

For C&E’s wedding in July, they opted for sorbet shades of pink including hot pink, coral, peach, orange, white and zesty green to make a statement at the Hurlingham Club.

The bridal bouquet was loose and natural, yet considered and included a light touch of myrtle as a special moment for our bride.

The ceremony was held in the light and bright Palm Court, and stood either side of where our couple took their vows, stood a pair of classically shaped, low urns filled to bursting with flowers and foliages in a flowing, gardenlike and organic design.

For dining, we conceptualised three schemes. The first being for the top table which featured a collection of vases at varies heights to create a full and impactful look, while retaining air between the vases. For half of the round tables, we created a low footed vase design, using a bone ceramic vessel, filled with a gorgeous mix of flowers arranged in a full and layered yet loose style. For the remaining round tables, giving some height and variation to the room, a tall, clear glass fluted vase topped with a beautiful mix of flowers, with added green foliage to soften. Candlelight across all the tables was imperative in bringing a soft warm glow to the wedding breakfast. Utterly gorgeous!
