Senior Florist – Full-Time Position
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Florist to join our established London studio.
Our work spans events, weddings, fashion and brand collaborations, and film premieres, often involving detailed, design-led installations. We’re known for a thoughtful, creative approach and a high standard of finish across everything we produce.
This role would suit a florist with a strong design sensibility, who enjoys working on varied and sometimes complex projects, both in the studio and on site.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional floristry experience
- A confident, creative approach
- Experience with larger-scale work and installations
Role details:
- Position: Senior Florist (Full-time, Permanent)
- Location: Battersea, London
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off (plus one Saturday off per month)
- Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required for early starts and occasional evening set-ups
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Salary: Dependent on experience
The role requires a degree of flexibility, so living within a reasonable commuting distance is important.

Join our Creative Team
We are looking for an experienced designer to join our creative team.
This role involves working directly with clients, responding to briefs, and creating thoughtful, inspiring proposals that balance strong design with respect for budget. It’s a varied and rewarding position: our work spans fashion brands, film premieres, large-scale installations, and beautiful weddings, with each project offering new creative challenges.
Although you’ll need solid floristry knowledge and will collaborate closely with our florists, this is not a florist role.
