Night at the Natural History Museum

Saying ‘I do’ under the incredible soaring ceiling of Hintze Hall, in one of the Museum’s more intimate galleries, or within the constellation-studded walls of the Earth Hall must surely be the experience of a lifetime.

The  Museum has been granted a licence for Civil Marriages and Civil Partnerships, in 12 of its unique spaces.

We were most honoured at MJV to be a part of the photoshoot to explore how these spaces could be decorated and are so happy to share some of these images with you.

In the majestic Hintze Hall we filled the aisle with tall frames of white flowers and the staircase with candlelight.

In Fossil Way we matched the warm stone tones with late summer flowers in shades of pink, peach and coral.

Our theme for the Dinosaur Gallery could only be jungle. What an amazing spot to be married!

We decorated the Mary Annings Room in organic late summer, early autumn jewel tones.
