Mary Jane Vaughan is firmly established as one of London’s leading florists and is the Covent Garden Market Florist of the Year and British Flowers Week 2017 winner.
Based in Battersea, we buy exclusively from our neighbour; the New Covent Garden Market, with a commitment to always buying British-grown flowers where possible.
About Mary Jane
Growing up, Mary Jane spent the holidays helping out on her father’s farm before returning to school in England. In time, Mary Jane joined her brothers in the flower business, before branching out on her own to set up her first flower shop in Fulham in 1982. Thirty-five years on, Mary Jane’s love for flowers is as strong as ever, and the driving force behind everything that the company does. From the bold and brave, to the luxurious and lavish, Mary Jane and our team are excited by every single project we work on.
Sustainability & The Environment
Our cut flowers are all locally sourced, and British-grown where possible. We also endeavour to use environmentally-friendly methods in our work, which includes minimising our use of floral foam. In addition, where flowers and plants come back from events in good condition, we donate them to charities such as Floral Angels.
